BlueCross unveils a bold new brand identity across all 34 aged care residences.

As Brand Implementation Managers, we worked closely with the BlueCross team to gradually rollout the new brand identity across 34 aged care residences in Victoria. Our role involved:

  • Prepare Rebrand Programme Plan and Timeline

  • Scenario plan and model ‘high level’ costs for various approaches to launch and rollout

  • Prepare Signage Specifications

  • Prepare site specific Signage Montage Documentation

  • Assist and obtain all relevant Landlord and Council Approvals

  • Project Manage the rollout:

    - Procurement: signage manufacture and installation

    - Site Coordination & Quality Assurance

    - Attendance to defects

    - Contracts Administration

wiin took complete control of the BlueCross signage rebrand allowing us to focus on what we needed to do.
