INDU Melbourne

Opened in February 2021 in the historic Collins Quarter is INDU, an intimate new Sri Lankan and South Indian Restaurant.

The space is beautifully fitted out with a palatial mirrored doorway, secluded booths separated by soft linen curtains, and a private upstairs dining room featuring the building’s original stained-glass windows. Large terracotta pots are overflowing with spices and dried chillies, and murals by Melbourne artist Ash Keating. Continuing the theme of supporting local producers, the space is also home to an oversized timber dining table by Melbourne-based furniture maker Leslie Jones.

Méjico Melbourne

In late 2020, Mejico Tequila Bar and Restaurant launched in Melbourne, bringing late night margaritas and tacos to the Melbourne dining scene.

The two-storey space sports an edgy fit-out full of black and neon pink accents, with an all-weather glasshouse-style dining room on the ground floor, and a more intimate tequila bar and cocktail lounge upstairs. It's decked out with hand-drawn mandalas, striking murals by local artist Ash Keating, and a leafy vertical garden.

With 260 varieties of tequila and mezcal to choose from - the largest selection in Melbourne - they have you covered!
