Over the last five years, wiin has worked closely with TerryWhite Chemmart's Store Development Team to design, document and project manage their growing network of pharmacies across Australia. Our scope includes:
Project planning & budget control
Site audits: accurate measure and assessment
Design & Documentation (2D CAD and 3D walkthroughs) which considers the customer shopping workflow and dispensary design (script processing efficiencies, reducing customer wait time, suitable dispensary equipment and Pharmacy Board regulations), then moving to construction documentation suitable for tender, to include coloured layout and shopfront, internal and external elevations and 3D isometric visuals.
Project Management - project tendering, procurement, site coordination & quality assurance, attendance to defects and contracts administration.
